Shipping Parcels

Orders are shipped every weekday (Monday – Friday). If ordered before 3:00 PM CEST , your order will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. We use DHL for delivery within Europe. We use PostNL Global Pack and Post NL Abroad for delivery outside of Europe. 

For Benelux customers: from the moment of purchasing it will take around 1 to 2 days before your order is with you. 

For the rest of Europe shipping takes up to 3-10 business days.

Shipping Powerlifting Equipment

Competition Racks and Calibrated Plates

Competition racks and calibrated plate orders over 30 kg are shipped using pallet shipments. We use DHL, Transmission and Schenker to fullfill shipment to your doorstep. 

For large orders we suggest to ask for a quote or contact us using the following e-mail: rijker@powerliftingshop.com. 

We offer flat rates for the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. Shipping to the rest of Europe is possible, please contact us for a custom quote including shipping costs. 

NOTE: The order will arrive on a pallet and will be offered to your door once. Please make sure the final destination is accesible by truck. If you are not able to accept the order it will be sent back to our warehouse. We will not be able to refund you the shipping cost. For a new delivery new shipping costs will be charged. 

Barbells

Barbells are shipped as an extra large parcel by DHL. Once multiple barbells are ordered these will be shipped as seperate parcels using Transmission. We suggest to contact us for purchasing three or more barbells and ask for a personalized quote including shipping costs. 

We offer flat rates for barbell shipments to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy Germany, Austria, Denmark and Poland. Shipping to other European countries is possible, please contact us or request a personalized quote. 

If the products are in stock we will ship within one week of purchasing. Delivery within Europe takes 1 to 10 business days once the order leaves the warehouse. 

Local pick-up at our warehouse

Parcels

It is possible to pick up your order at our warehouse. The warehouse is located in the Hansu Power concept gym Supreme Strength

Opening hours are 9:00h – 17:00h on Monday till Friday*. Make sure to bring your ID for identification as well as the order confirmation. If you want to visit outside opening hours or in the weekend send us an e-mail to support@powerliftingshop.com and we will see what we can do.

Powerlifting Equipment

It is also possible to pick up the Hansu Power powerlifting equipment at our warehouse. If you have placed an order and chose local pick-up we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the pick-up. The competition racks and plates will be put on pallets for easy shipping. However please note that it is not possible to pick up your order if it includes powerlifting equipment without an appointment.

Returns & refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return the products. The full purchase price including shipping costs will be refunded, only if returned in original condition. The cost of returning the product to us are for your own account. These cost are €6 per package for the Benelux and Germany and €17,50 for other countries within the EU. All return orders must be received in original condition and original packaging. The refund will occur within 14-30 days of receival by us, if the products are returned in good order.

If you have placed an order that is eligible for free shipping and you decide to return one of the products, the shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund.

Why can't I register my return?

  • It is not possible to return items that are bought in SALE
  • It is not possible to return items from outside of the EU. This also includes orders from Switzerland, Norway and the UK.
  • It is not possible to return customized or personalized items
  • It is not possible to return hygienically packed items (such as socks and shirts) once the packaging is opened
  • It is not possible to return powerlifting equipment such as barbells, competition racks and calibrated plates with this return form. Please contact us for more information.

Return form
