You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return the products. The full purchase price including shipping costs will be refunded, only if returned in original condition. The cost of returning the product to us are for your own account. These cost are approximately €7,25 per package, consult your delivery company for more accurate rates. All return orders must be received in original condition and original packaging. The refund will occur within 14 days of receival by us, if the products are returned in good order.
